UMPIRE TRAINING PROGRAMS

Bill McCallum's Umpire Training Programs...

Develop Quality, Responsible Umpires with Character & Confidence!

These are highly interactive programs

that provide comprehensive training of the rules, mechanics and positioning of umpiring as well as the handling of difficult situations.  The programs include class-room time, field work and an optional "guidance & mentoring" phase to keep umpires on track with their development.

Full-length programs will provide the necessary training to excel in umpire certification testing and to begin umpiring at an entry level.  Abbreviated programs will be less detailed but will provide the foundation and direction for some self-development.  Becoming a cerified umpire is an attractive part-time job and can lead to later advancement to higher levels.

WHO ARE THESE PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR?

Individuals  13 & above that would like to receive quality comprehensive training to become a baseball umpire

Baseball Leagues & Organizations  that depend on highly trained confident umpires

Umpire Associations  that aspire to service the highest levels with the highest quality umpires

Community & Recreation Organizations  that would like to arrange a unique, top-notch seasonal program

Baseball Teams ages 13 & above  that would like to see players learn their game from another perspective

Schools or Job-Training Organizations  that would like to provide a unique education that could lead to the opportunity to work in sports
